What are ICF Coaching Credentials? The Path to ACC, PCC, and MCC
ICF coaching credentials are internationally recognised indicators of your commitment to the coaching profession and your competence. Credentials such as ACC, PCC and MCC represent professional credibility for coaches and trust for clients. So, how can you obtain these credentials?
What Is the ICF Credentialing System?
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is one of the world’s most respected accreditation bodies for the coaching profession. It offers a three-level credentialing structure:
- ACC (Associate Certified Coach) – Entry-level professional coaching
- PCC (Professional Certified Coach) – Intermediate-level experience and depth
- MCC (Master Certified Coach) – Mastery-level coaching
Each level has specific education, experience and examination requirements. Credentials are awarded only by ICF Global.
