Reiki Levels 1-2-3 and Mastership

Level 1: Reiki Foundations & Self-Healing

• Duration: 1 Full Day
• Focus: Introduction to Reiki, self-healing techniques, and energy protection.

Reiki Level One introduces you to the foundational principles of Reiki and the human energy system. It focuses on channelling Reiki energy for self-healing and protecting your energy field. This level is perfect for individuals who feel overwhelmed by external energy, have trouble setting boundaries, or seek a deeper understanding of their energy field.

• Learning the two primary methods for performing Reiki treatments

This level focuses on mastering the art of Absentee Healing (distance healing), understanding energy frequencies, and applying advanced techniques to balance energy in people, animals, spaces, and even distant environments.
