The Mental Sea Academy Certified Professional Coach (CPC) training course offers 72 hours of coaching training. This training empowers coaches to unlock their clients’ potential and support them to overcome self-limiting beliefs. Our Certified Professional Coaching course enables coaches to gain a high level of awareness, create self-sustainable and motivational action plans and explore their coaching style to access and transform their potential.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

 

The learning objectives of this program aim to support participants engaged in coaching relationships to tackle personal challenges and opportunities, enhance critical thinking and decision-making skills, boost interpersonal effectiveness, and gain greater confidence in fulfilling chosen professional and life roles by acquiring new perspectives. After completing the 65-hour International Professional Coaching Program, coaches will be ready to coach clients, focusing on helping them reach their highest potential and achieve their goals.

Upon program completion, participants will be able to:

Our curriculum, developed by a team of distinguished educators and trainers with extensive experience in adult education, communication, management, leadership, and skill development, addresses fundamental competencies at the Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced levels. The program provides a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental skills and the working process, offering powerful tools and structures for coaching and assisting clients.

Emphasis is placed on learning and developing coaching skills by incorporating non-verbal communication to better apply effective verbal communication and essential competencies. Participants learn to enhance their listening skills and coaching presence while developing intuitive skills through an interactive language experience. An interactive training model is applied, utilizing visual and auditory communication techniques to accommodate participants with different learning styles. With limited participants in each class, students can practice effective communication, questioning, and coaching skills in a safe and active learning environment. Participants can establish connections with their instructors, classmates, and alums.

The program is conducted through face-to-face and online training, and participants are selected through interviews.

 

PAYMENT POLICIES

To participate in the program, a registration form is completed, and payment conditions are communicated to participants via email. The fee must be paid at least seven days before the program’s start date. In the case of cancellation, a refund of up to eighty per cent of the program fee may be requested if done seven days or less before the program starts. If cancelled six days or less before the start, a refund of up to fifty per cent of the program fee may be requested. Transferring the registration to someone else is possible up to three days before the program starts.
